Sr. M. Marca Weel FCJM was born on January 16, 1924 in Castricum. She had been a member of the FCJM Congregation for 78 years. On October 13, 2023 she passed away in Aerdenhout, Netherland. Her life motto was “The Lord is my light, my salvation; of whom shall I be afraid?” (Ps.27:1).

A farewell prayer service took place on Wednesday, October 18 at 6:30 p.m. in the chapel of ‘Klooster Alverna’, following the funeral at Kloosterkerkhof.
