On February 2, 2024, Sr. M. Editha returned to Indonesia and will continue her ministry in the Province. We would like to thank Sr. M. Editha for her service in the Generalate, Rome for about one and a half years. The sisters at the Generalate were very grateful for Sr. M. Editha’s presence as she provided maximum service with her excellent cooking and serving skills. She has the ability to prepare food in both traditional style and international standards. The sisters were often surprised by the different types of food she provided every day, especially on special days such as name days, birthdays, and other big celebrations. At one time she would serve Romanian specialties such as Sarmale, at another time she would serve German specialties, at another time she would serve lappet, a culinary from Batak Toba, and at another time she would serve turkey and pie, an American specialty during thanksgiving. No doubt, we will miss Sr. M. Edita’s cooking that left a deep impression on our tongues and memories. Thank you Sr. M. Edita for your excellent service!
