Sr. M. Evifania belongs to the Immaculate Conception Province, Indonesia.  Prior to her election as General Councilor, she served as Novice Mistress in Indonesia for eight years. In addition, she also served for 10 years as a spiritual companion and lecturer for the junior sisters in the Province and was active in various teams to assist the tasks of the Provincial Board in Indonesia. She completed her Bachelor’s degree and Licentiate in Theology of Consecrated Life at the University of Santo Tomas, Manila and the Institute of Consecrated Life of Asia (ICLA) – Quezon City, Philippines.
