Sr Mariana Mutiu is from Romania Area but belong to the Sacred Heart Province of Germany. Prior to her election as General Councilor, she served as Regional Distress of Romania before she was elected. She has a pedagogical background and led for several years the Diocesan Youth Pastoral in Timisoara/Romania.
