Becoming an Associate

The FCJM Congregation is a religious community or association that brings together those who are committed to deepen their spiritual life and to live the Franciscan Spirituality. The FCJM Sisters provide and welcome them in order to live together a life of peace, hope, and faith. Thus, they become the family of the FCJM sisters and support the sisters to live the spirituality of the Congregation.

In FCJM, such a community has been in existence for many years in the various countries where FCJM is located. They make the name of the community according to their vision and mission, such as in the United States called Covenant Companionship, in Germany called Weggemeinschaft Koinonia, and in Brazil called Alliance.

Members who can join the FCJM community are lay men and women who are open and committed to starting a way of life in the spirit of the community guidelines. They are also willing to deepen their spirituality according to the
accompaniment of the sisters. Keep in mind that each community spread in each country has a different vision, mission, and conditions according to the formation of the sisters.
