On January 12, 2024, Sr. M. Tarcisia Lumbansiantar FCJM who serves as FCJM JPIC Coordinator left Rome for the United States. Some sisters from Wheaton, US picked up Sr. Tarcisia from O’Hare airport, Chicago. They warmly welcomed Sr. Tarcisia and expressed FCJM’s sense of sisterhood despite the fact that they have never met before.

Sr. Tarcisia, who usually has a happy spirit, adapted quickly and immediately felt close to the sisters in the community. During her few months in Wheaton, she developed her knowledge of English and studied matters related to her ministry as JPIC Coordinator of the Congregation. She returns to Rome on April 2, 2024. We hope that the time spent with the sisters in Wheaton and the new knowledge gained will inspire Sr. Tarcisia, especially in continuing her work as JPIC Coordinator of FCJM.
