A Jubilee of Faithfulness: 60 Years of Religious Life of Sr. M. Klara Luers FCJM
On August 17, 2025, the FCJM Sisters joyfully celebrated the 60th anniversary of the religious life of Sr. M. Klara Luers, FCJM. The celebration gathered approximately 1,500 faithful, fathers and sisters from different congregations, friends, teachers, students, and well-wishers who came together.
The solemn Eucharistic celebration was presided over by Rev. Fr. Andrew Kolowa, parish priest of Madisi, with Rev. Fr. Maximilian Khisi and Rev. Fr. Constantine Mgunda as concelebrants. The liturgy was beautifully animated by students of St. Francis, who expressed their devotion through dance. The celebration was further enriched by performances of drama, poetry, and traditional dance, presented by both teachers and students, creating an atmosphere of joy and thanksgiving.

For the FCJM Sisters, this day was a profound moment of gratitude, as they joined together in celebrating Sr. Klara’s six decades of faithfulness to God and commitment to the mission of the Congregation.
With heartfelt appreciation, the FCJM Sisters extend their sincere thanks to all who contributed to and supported Sr. Klara’s vocational journey.
May the Lord, who has begun this good work, continue to bless Sr. Klara and all who walk the path of faith and service.
