The conversion of the former farm and seminar house has resulted in 15 rental apartments with living spaces of between 48 and 75 square meters in the “Tau-Haus” on our monastery grounds. Members of the Koinonia community, married couples and retired priests will be moving in in July and August 2025.

Living together will be organized in the Franciscan spirit of solidarity, environmental awareness, fraternity and healing togetherness. All apartments are barrier-free and accessible by elevator. One apartment and the communal area on the first floor with a built-in kitchenette are also wheelchair- accessible. A spacious communal terrace directly adjoins the common room.

It is a house with the highest energy efficiency and a passive house, so that ventilation and heating are no longer necessary. There are also solar panels on the roof and the front building will be planted with greenery.
